3.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub444 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pub444 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 You must notify pub444 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
pub444 conducts KYC verification as required by applicable regulations. Players must submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or UMID) and may be required to submit additional documentation confirming source of funds. Accounts remain restricted until KYC is satisfactorily completed. pub444 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending KYC clearance.

5.1 pub444 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All such promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
5.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
5.4 pub444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have accepted a bonus prior to any amendment will have their original bonus terms honoured for the applicable validity period.
5.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploitation of technical errors, coordinated wagering with other players to guarantee outcomes, or multi-accounting to claim promotions multiple times — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6.2 Bets placed and accepted are final. pub444 shall not be liable for errors made by Players in placing wagers. Players are advised to verify all bet details before confirmation.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pub444's policy is to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake to the Player's account. pub444's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 pub444 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed malfunction, or system error that produced manifestly incorrect odds or outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pub444 and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of outstanding bets, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where warranted.
8.1 All content, software, design elements, trademarks, and branding on pub444 — including but not limited to the pub444 logo, game interfaces, graphics, and website structure — are the exclusive property of pub444 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.1 pub444 provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pub444 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 pub444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including loss of funds resulting from technical failures, payment provider delays, or unauthorised account access attributable to player negligence.
9.3 pub444's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits pub444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10.1 pub444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on pub444, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein.
10.2 pub444 is committed to protecting the personal data of Filipino players in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.
10.3 pub444 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy, required by law, or necessary for the provision of the Services (such as payment processing and KYC verification).

12.2 In the event of closure due to breach, any Real-Money Balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. pub444 will communicate its determination within a reasonable period.
12.3 Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting pub444 support. Any remaining Real-Money Balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following successful completion of KYC and applicable security checks.
13.1 pub444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email or on-platform notification not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of change, where reasonably practicable.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
14.3 Prior to initiating any formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact pub444 support to resolve any dispute informally. pub444 aims to resolve Player disputes within 14 business days of a formal complaint being submitted.
